Colorado's AI Act requires developers and deployers of high-risk AI used in consequential decisions (credit, employment, insurance, housing, education, health care, essential government services, legal services) to take reasonable care to avoid algorithmic discrimination, give consumers notice, and provide a way to appeal adverse decisions.
